The Bar

Our bar is stocked with a fantastic range of spirits and a specially selected wine list for you to choose from. If you are looking for a cocktail bar near the Barbican or a glass of wine with friends, our bartenders will be waiting to make your experience a special one.

The cocktail list features Italian classics including Negronis and Bellinis, as well as an exciting array of sparkling wines in our new Negroni bar. On the face of it, the Negroni is equal parts gin, vermouth and bitters, but beneath the bright red surface lies a whole world of delights to explore and enjoy.

Experts in Champagne, our food menu is complemented by a carefully curated wine list with a selection of bubbles including Searcys’ own signature Selected Cuvée Brut and Rosé. While for cocktails, enjoy our popular Newbie Negroni created with Gin, Pimm’s No.1, red vermouth, orange juice, and a splash of soda.
